Sun City Anthem in Henderson, Nevada is a master-planned community by Del Webb. This 55+ community is perched in the foothills of the Black Mountains 800 feet above the valley floor. This center is also home to the master-planned community’s day spa. The Serenity at Anthem Day Spa pampers residents with full-service spa treatments. Sun City Anthem Homes & Real Estate

Del Webb constructed Sun City Anthem between 1998 and 2008 with a total of 7,144 homes. Throughout the ten-year construction, Del Webb offered 31 different single-family and villa home models. All of the new construction homes have been sold by the developer but a continually changing assortment of pre-owned resale homes are available for sale.


The Cottages collection is ideal for homebuyers looking to downsize. These homes were built between 2001 and 2002 and come in two models that range from 1,080 to 1,160 square feet. These homes offer one to two bedrooms, den spaces, and one to two-and-a-half bathrooms. 

The Classic series homes were built between 1999 and 2004 and come in three models that range from 1,235 to 1,596 square feet. These homes offer one to two bedrooms, den spaces, and two bathrooms. Each home features an attached two-car garage. 


The Garden Villas are attached duplex homes built between 1999 and 2000. These homes come in two models that range from 1,392 to 1,444 square feet. The homes offer two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two-car garages. 


The Casuals collection feature two single-family home models constructed by Del Webb between 2002 and 2003. These floor plans range from 1,465 to 1,564 square feet and also offer two bedrooms and bathrooms. Each model has an attached two-car garage. These homes feature secluded kitchens and spacious living rooms for entertaining.


The Colonials collection was built between 2004 and 2007. These three modes range from 1,496 to 1,712 square feet. These homes include two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. Two of the models also offer den spaces. 


The Premiers collection was built by Del Webb between 1999 and 2003 and includes six single-family models. These spacious homes are ideal for homebuyers who want more room and adequate space for guests as the range from 1,675 to 2,234 square feet. These homes offer two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two to two-and-a-half car garages. Most plans offer casitas and den spaces. 


The Capitals collection was built by Del Webb in 2004 and offers five thoughtfully designed single-family floor plans. These homes range from 1,836 to 2,401 square feet and feature two to three bedrooms and bathrooms and attached two- to two-and-a-half-car garages.


The Estates by Del Webb were constructed between 1999 and 2003. These elegantly designed homes come in six models that range from 2,411 to 3,009 square feet. The homes offer two bedrooms, den spaces, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home in this collection has a two- or two-and-a-half-car garage.  Many of these homes include large living rooms and expansive kitchens, casitas, and magnificent views of the Valley. 


The Revolutionary Series homes were built by Del Webb between 2004 and 2007. These estate homes offer four open and airy designs ideal for entertaining. The homes range from 2,592 to 3,175 square feet with two to three bedrooms, den spaces, and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home features a two- or three-car garage. 


All homes in Sun City Anthem offer a covered front entrance and rear covered patio. Some of the larger homes are available with casitas and front courtyards. These homes also come standard with a hot water recirculating pump, which provides instant hot water and conserves on water usage. Included features vary by model from very basic finishes to highly upgraded units with gourmet kitchens, tile or wood flooring, spa-like bathrooms and custom moldings.
