We’ve created a specialized program to sell your property without having to do a lot of “in person” visits! We help buyers and sellers transact from the comfort of their own homes!

  • We will schedule a virtual consult to discuss what your home sale goals are.

  • After discussing your goals, we will set up a virtual screen share to go over your marketing plan and listings that are impacting your home’s value.

  • Before listing, we have the entire home virtually mapped out. This isn’t just photos, it’s an interactive floor plan and narrated video walk through using the latest technology.

  • You will sign all documents electronically, from the comfort of your home.

  • We will only allow buyers to view the home after three key steps: 1) Viewing the video/3D walk-through of the home, 2) Providing proof of funds, and 3) Signing the COVID-19 hold harmless disclosure from the state board. We will also provide gloves and hand sanitizer (when available).

  • After the buyers home inspection, if any further inspections are needed, we will follow CDC guidelines and coordinate appointments to ensure safety for all.

  • We are able to conduct contact-less closings! You will be able to sign all documents ahead of time.

  • Your sale proceeds can be wired directly into your account!

Virtual home selling might not be for everyone. You will still have the option of doing any of the above with us in person. WE WILL JUST BE 6 FEET AWAY. :)
